Quality Assurance Specialist – Full-Time – Marquette, MI

Position Summary: The Quality Assurance Specialist is primarily responsible for measuring the performance of Superior Contact agents against established standards. The QA Specialist will monitor agent calls to assess employee demeanor, accuracy, expertise, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and adherence to established policies and procedures, in accordance with instructions provided by the QA Manager. In addition, the QA Specialist may serve as a representative for Superior Contact on conference calls when needed; and prepare data for reports to clients.

Human Resources Intern – Full-Time – Marquette, MI

Position Summary: We are in search of an energetic and enthusiastic HR Student to join our Superior Contact team. This will be a great opportunity and will allow an individual to gain experience in the Customer Service industry and Human Resources field. This position will be responsible for supporting all areas of HR including hiring, hiring documentation, policy, on-boarding of new hires, and employee relations with an emphasis on training and full-cycle recruiting. This internship has the possibility of turning into a long term opportunity, based on the needs of the organization.
